The Smile Epidemic
Our mission is to create "The Happiest Community on Earth", a digital place of effortless belonging where people can safely share what makes them happy and discover what makes others happy. Essentially we are a: Social Digital Gratitude Journal :)
We ask people to be mindful of the simple things in life that bring us happiness and believe that taking note of what makes you smile for 30 days can change the way you look at the world. Please share something
Step 1 - Take note of something that made you smile.
Step 2 - Take a picture of yourself with the note in front of your smile.
Step 3 – Share it with us and the world :)

A wee note tonight…
A special friend of mine from university that I have recently re-connected with is doing wonderful things in this world. She and her husband are founders of The Smile Epidemic. The initiative was launched earlier this year and is spreading quickly across the globe (it has been recognized by the Oprah Network!). Their messaging to find the positive in life and to share that with a smile is infectious. Since joining their page and following them on twitter
I have introduced our girls to the page as well and we are working on our our smile messages (we will share those soon!).
As I was preparing blogposts tonight I saw this sweet photo and thought it would be perfect for this note. In some ways I am in the business of smiles. It’s not something I had thought about until recently but I am thankful that I am more aware of just how many things make me smile in a day or that I might just have put a smile on someone else’s face.
